Maren founded Miramour Events with a simple belief: wedding planning should be joyful, not overwhelming. After planning her own wedding and falling in love with the process, she began helping friends and family bring their celebrations to life.

Before focusing on weddings, Maren spent years planning events in leadership roles at Weber State University, where she served as Student Body VP and founded clubs like HOSA, growing it to the largest chapter in the state. After apprenticing with a local planning team to learn the industry, she launched Miramour Events to bring her vision to life.

The name Miramour reflects her philosophy: "mir" (mirror) + "amour" (love), creating celebrations that mirror what makes each couple uniquely themselves, with a touch of European-inspired elegance. She combines artistic vision with systematic precision, managing every detail so couples can be fully present on their big day.

When she's not planning or coordinating celebrations, Maren enjoys hiking Utah's mountain trails, discovering new venues across the state, and spending time with her husband Scott and their adorable kitty Ashe.
