Month-of Coordination is designed to step in during those final weeks to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
I take the time to truly understand your plans, your priorities, and the details that matter most to you. From confirming logistics with vendors to refining layouts and timelines, my role is to transform all the pieces you’ve planned into a well-executed celebration.
This allows you to step into your wedding day feeling calm, confident, and fully present, knowing someone is there to guide the day, solve problems before they happen, and ensure your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined.
Throughout the planning process, I’m always available to answer questions, offer guidance, or point you in the right direction if you need support along the way. Then, as the wedding approaches, we finalize your timeline and details so everything is organized and ready for a seamless wedding day.

Once Maren steps in she becomes the main point of contact for all of your vendors. She takes your existing plans, reviews every detail, fills in any gaps, and builds out a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day. You hand off the weight and she carries it from there.
Not at all. Month-of coordination is designed specifically for couples who have already done the planning and just need someone to bring it all together. Maren will reach out to your existing vendors, confirm all the details, and make sure everyone is working from the same plan on your wedding day.
Yes! We proudly serve Northern Utah and are happy to travel for destination weddings throughout the region and beyond. Travel fees apply for weddings outside our primary service area. Contact us for a custom quote.
Yes. Maren attends and runs your rehearsal to make sure everyone knows where to be, when to be there, and exactly what to do. Walking through the day before your wedding means your actual wedding day runs smoothly from the very first moment.
Maren is there from setup through the end of your reception. She arrives early to oversee vendor setup and stays until everything is wrapped up and you are on your way. You will never have to wonder where she is or whether something is being handled.
That is exactly what Maren is there for. She handles every unexpected moment behind the scenes so you never have to know about it. From vendor delays to last minute changes, Maren solves problems quietly and quickly so your day keeps moving beautifully.
Maren is based in Davis County and primarily serves Northern Utah. She is happy to travel for weddings outside her primary service area and travel fees may apply depending on the location. Reach out and she will put together a custom quote for your date.
