Our standard coverage is up to 12 hours on the wedding day. Additional hours can be added at a flat rate per coordinator to ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish.
Yes! Every event includes a fully stocked day-of emergency kit to handle any last-minute issues—from wardrobe mishaps to minor décor emergencies. The kit is brought for use during your event, so everything stays perfectly prepared and organized for your celebration.

We primarily plan events in Northern Utah but we are happy to travel for destination celebrations. Travel and accommodations are typically covered by the client for events outside the local area.
