For full-service planning, we recommend booking 12-18 months before your wedding. For month-of coordination, 6-12 months is ideal. Day-of coordination can be booked 2-6 months in advance, though earlier is always better to ensure availability.

Month-of coordination begins 6-8 weeks before your wedding and includes more comprehensive support including multiple meetings, detailed timeline creation, and vendor communication leading up to the day. Day-of coordination focuses primarily on executing your existing plans on the wedding day itself, with minimal pre-wedding involvement.

Yes! We proudly serve Northern Utah and are happy to travel for destination weddings. Travel fees apply for weddings outside our primary service area. Contact us for a custom quote.

We understand that every couple is unique. If our standard packages don't quite fit your needs, we're happy to create a custom proposal. Reach out and let's discuss what would work best for you.

We require a 50% retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding. Payment plans are available for full-service planning clients.

Life happens, and we're here to support you. Your retainer can be applied to a new date within 18 months of your original wedding date, subject to availability.
