This policy explains how weather-related decisions are handled.

Miramour will assist with weather contingency planning, including backup timelines or layouts, when applicable.

Final decisions regarding weather-related changes rest with the client and venue, subject to safety considerations.

Miramour is not responsible for weather conditions or outcomes resulting from weather-related decisions.

Additional coordination resulting from last-minute weather changes may incur extra fees.

This policy is subject to change at any time. The signed service agreement between the Client and Miramour Events, LLC shall govern all services.
