Miramour may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors as a convenience to clients. These vendors operate independently and are not employees, partners, or agents of Miramour.
Miramour is not responsible for the actions, performance, or omissions of third-party vendors, including delays, cancellations, or service failures.
Contracts with vendors are entered into directly between the client and the vendor. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding vendor terms.
Miramour will make reasonable efforts to assist with vendor coordination but does not guarantee vendor performance.
