Force Majeure Policy
This policy covers events beyond anyone’s control that may impact services.
Miramour is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, pandemics, labor strikes, or utility failures.
In such cases, Miramour will make reasonable efforts to resume or reschedule services when possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Payments made are non-refundable in force majeure situations, except where otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in the Client Agreement.
This policy works in conjunction with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
