Design & Creative Rights Policy
This policy explains ownership and use of creative concepts and designs.
All designs, concepts, mood boards, timelines, and planning materials created by Miramour remain the intellectual property of Miramour unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are granted a limited license to use delivered materials solely for their event.
Reuse, resale, or distribution of Miramour’s creative work without written permission is prohibited.
Miramour may refine or adapt designs as needed to meet logistical, vendor, or budget constraints.
