Travel & Destination Events Policy

This policy outlines additional terms for events requiring travel or destination planning.

Events requiring travel beyond Miramour’s local service area may incur additional fees, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, and travel time.

Travel arrangements and related costs must be approved in advance and are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Destination events may require adjusted timelines, planning schedules, or scope based on location, vendor availability, and local regulations.

Miramour is not responsible for travel delays, disruptions, or issues beyond reasonable control.

This policy is subject to change at any time. The signed service agreement between the Client and Miramour Events, LLC shall govern all services.
