Communication Policy

This policy explains how and when Miramour communicates with clients.

Miramour communicates with clients primarily via email and other agreed-upon channels. Response times may vary based on business hours and project phase.

Scheduled meetings, calls, and planning sessions are outlined in the Client Agreement. Additional meetings may require advance notice or additional fees.

Emergency communications on the event day will follow established contact protocols.

Clear and respectful communication is expected from all parties to ensure a productive planning experience.
