Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and necessary approvals throughout the planning process.
Required documents, payments, and decisions must be delivered by agreed-upon deadlines. Delays may impact timelines or service outcomes.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to venues, vendors, and event spaces as needed to perform services.
Miramour is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete information, late decisions, or failure to meet responsibilities outlined herein or in the Client Agreement.
