Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
This policy explains what happens if services are canceled or event dates change.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Upon cancellation, all payments made, including retainers, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Client Agreement.
Rescheduling requests are subject to Miramour’s availability. If the new date is unavailable, the request will be treated as a cancellation.
Additional fees may apply for rescheduled events depending on timing, scope changes, or availability.
Miramour reserves the right to terminate services if circumstances make fulfillment impossible, in accordance with the Client Agreement.
